Election Options™ includes the technical support you need to keep your site effective and available. Our support team is not simply focused on technology; we can help you with the message as well as the medium.

If your site was provided by a local affiliate, you'll receive content support from that person or company.

We assist the editor of your site with online tutorials and help files, and the official editor of the site can contact us for suggestions or the occasional "tweak" to make it just right.

Email and/or instant messaging are generally available during business hours, or if you've opted for our enhanced support program we'll help you over the phone. We can even edit the site cooperatively with you or your designer on an hourly basis.

Active Current Clients only: Sign into the Editing Suite and find the LIVE HELP button on the Start page. Help is available to qualified users during our regular business hours or as provided in your service agreement.
